• Right of Access: This is the user’s right to obtain confirmation as to whether their data is being processed and, if so, to access the specific personal data and the legally required information regarding the processing (purposes, legal basis, retention periods, disclosures, data source, etc.).
• Right of Rectification: This is the right of the data subject to have inaccurate or incomplete data corrected. • Right not to be subject to automated decisions, including profiling: When processing is not necessary for entering into or performing a contract, is not authorised by EU or Member State law, and is not based on consent, the user has the right not to be subject to decisions based solely on automated processing, including profiling, that produce legal effects or significantly affect them in a similar manner.
• Right to withdraw consent: For any processing based on consent, the user has the right to withdraw it at any time, free of charge.

To exercise any of the data protection rights described above, the following instructions must be followed:

• The request submitted by the personal data owner (data subject) must take into account the following:

  1. The requester must be properly identified. If there are doubts regarding identity, they will be asked to correct the request (e.g., by providing additional information such as ID number, a copy of the ID, the email address previously provided, etc.).
  2. The request may be submitted by a legal or voluntary representative, provided they are duly identified and authorized by the data subject (through an express authorization to exercise personal rights regulated under data protection law).
  3. The request must clearly specify which right(s) the user wishes to exercise. If no specific processing activity is mentioned, the response will cover all processing activities involving the data subject’s personal data. If the request concerns a specific processing activity, only information about that activity will be provided. If the request is made by phone, the user will be instructed to submit it in writing and informed how to do so and the appropriate address. No information will ever be provided by phone.
  4. A postal or email address must be provided for notification purposes.
  5. Supporting documentation related to the request must be included, if applicable.
  6. The requester must use any method that allows proof of sending and receiving the request.

Lastly, we inform you that you have the right to file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD) if you become aware of or believe that a fact may constitute a breach of the applicable data protection regulations.
